Organisational Profile
The high technological content of the process machinery and the integral Computer System make the application of the “4.0 Industry” criteria possible, allowing the Company organisation complete and immediate control of all the phases of the industrial cycle, and in addition the complete traceability of the raw material and products. This management method also allows analysing the process FMEA and relative costs.
The organisational model implemented by GelliPlast is certified in conformity with the UNI EN ISO 9001 regulation – in addition, the company manages its activities according to the UNI EN 9100 2018 edition.
The objectives and results of the Company are evidenced by a triennial strategic industrial plan and by and annual plan for the management of the plant’s objective.
